As of July 1, CyOne Security LTd. will become the property of RUAG MRO Holding Ltd. With the new ownership, the Board of Directors will also be re-staffed. Brigitte Beck, Christian Priller and Florian Strahm were elected to the Board of Directors of CyOne Security on June 30, 2023.
